Effective November 2, 2026. This policy covers coreibytes.io and the Call60 demo and service, operated by CoreiBytes Inc. ("we", "us").
When you request a demo we collect your first name, company, trade, city, mobile number, the consent you gave, the time, your IP address and browser type. During the demo call, our AI assistant records a text transcript of the conversation and an automated summary (for example whether you asked for a setup call and the email you gave). Demo calls are not audio-recorded.
Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure ads and to show relevant ads on Meta platforms. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook settings.
To place the single demo call you requested, to follow up if you asked for a setup call, to improve the assistant, to measure our advertising, and to keep a record of your consent. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the website, the phone calls and the AI assistant (for example Vercel, Trillet and their telephony and model providers), under their own privacy terms.
You receive one automated demo call, made by an AI voice assistant, only after ticking the consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase. To be removed from any follow-up, reply STOP to a text, say so on a call, or email us.
We keep demo records for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Email coreibytes@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your data. If you are a California resident you may also ask what we have collected and request deletion; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the Meta Pixel described above.
