Effective November 2, 2026. These terms cover the Call60 demo and the Call60 service from CoreiBytes Inc.
The demo is a free, automated call made by an AI voice assistant to the number you provide, for the purpose of showing you how the service works. Nothing said during the demo creates a booking, a contract or any obligation on either side. Demo calls are limited to two per phone number per day.
Call60 places automated calls to leads who have contacted your business, answers calls to your business line, and books appointments on the calendar you connect. Fees are a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee, as shown on the pricing section at the time you purchase. Founding pricing is honoured for as long as the subscription stays active. Plans include the call minutes stated on the pricing section; additional minutes are billed at the rate agreed on your setup call.
The service is month to month. Cancel any time by email; your service continues to the end of the paid month and no further monthly fees are charged. If we are unable to make the assistant live on your lead forms within 14 days of your setup call, we refund the setup fee in full.
You are responsible for the consent language on your own lead forms and for complying with the laws that apply to your business's calls and texts, including the TCPA and state telemarketing and call-recording rules. We configure the assistant to identify itself as an AI assistant and will help with standard consent language, but we do not provide legal advice.
We do not guarantee any number of answered calls, appointments, jobs or revenue. Results depend on your lead volume, your pricing, your close rate and your team's follow-up.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
